I am a Registered Massage Therapist, RMT, and have been practicing since 2013. I attended the West Coast College of Massage in Victoria, BC and completed the 3000 hour Massage Therapy program.

My practice primarily focuses on deep tissue massage therapy treatments, efficiently treating various muscle injuries and complaints. Treatments feature intuitive Myofascial work and Muscle Energy techniques to address injuries, trauma induced holding patterns and pain.

I have been working with patients with headaches, back pain, shoulder pain, hip and pelvic dysfunction, pregnancy complaints and many other ailments throughout my career. I am an enthusiastic practitioner and I encourage my patients to work together with me to achieve their healthcare goals.
